We are currently contracted via a third party to plan and manage a major move project in the London campus of one of the top 4 accountancy firms. We have been working with the organisation since November 2013 providing departmental and building stack analysis, migration strategy, project management and move support.

Working closely with the inhouse Workplace team on filing and storage rationalisation and move projects throughout the UK, we have supported multiple projects and rationalised over 40,000 linear metres of filing to date.

Ian was instrumental in the management of HarperCollins' relocation from Hammersmith to London Bridge in 2015, planning and coordinating all aspects of the move.
He worked closely with the design team to ensure the storage of 4km linear metres of books and filing was cut by over half and fitted into the new space.
